Take Action

Are you ready to change the world?

Are you prepared to shape the course of American politics, impact your local communities, and change the culture around you?

If so, then Generation Joshua is for you. We’ll equip you to not only understand the history and founding of America, but also to make an impact in the world today.

On Election Day, you and hundreds of other teens will have a chance to impact the course of major elections by participating in Generation Joshua’s Student Action Teams. Since 2004, Generation Joshua has worked on major campaigns and elections, from the Bush/Cheney presidential campaign in 2004, to Bobby Jindal’s governor’s race and historic victory in 2007.

As a Generation Joshua member, you’ll also have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the people around you. Local Generation Joshua clubs work in their own communities—meeting to pray for the nation, to volunteer for community service projects, and to work on local campaigns.

Each summer, Generation Joshua hosts two iGovern leadership camps. In 2010, GenJ plans to hold camp just outside our nation's capital, in Washington D.C., and in the beautiful mountains of Colorado Springs, Colorado. These camps provide students with the leadership skills and training opportunities to learn and grow, better understand the political issues of the day, strengthen their faith, and experience politics on a hands-on level.

Looking to just have fun, show off your skills as a writer, photographer, cartoonist, designer, or videographer? Stay in tune with Generation Joshua's frequent contest opportunities! Take part, and you just might end up winning one of our cool prizes and getting to share your talent with the GenJ members across the nation!

You can be the force that changes the world. Your work to change your community, your country, and your world will shape the course of our future. And as a teenager, you are the face of America’s future. You are the generation that has the potential to see and bring about great and wonderful things in this world.

There is no need to wait until tomorrow. You can change the world today. And Generation Joshua can equip you to do so.
